The gated community is 10 minutes from the Zlicin metro station, which is situated near the largest shopping center Metropol. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the Prague city center by car. There is a public transport nearby and it takes 5 minutes to get to the residential complex right from the metro station.
The complex is made up of 13 apartment buildings, combined into one architectural project. All complex buildings are equipped with elevators and have underground garages and storage rooms. First-floor apartments have a terrace with a green area.
Apartments from the 2nd to the 4th floor have spacious balconies; the 5th-floor apartments have terraces from 7 to 12 m2, depending on the layout. To make the life of residents even more comfortable, there will be a grocery store and a café in one of the buildings.

The project called Slánský Mlýn is a brand new concept for the architectural design of the cities of tomorrow, which changes the idea of how its regions should be like. It focuses on the planning of life not just inside the apartment itself, but also in the whole residential complex. It combines the functionality of the architecture and the beauty of nature.
